Start with the message you see. A filter, a missing connection and an empty list need different next steps.

Your Leads list is empty

  1. Open Leads and select All.
  2. Clear the search box. Search filters Voice leads only.
  3. Choose a date range that includes the activity you expect. For your own dates, select Apply.
  4. Select Voice and Web separately to see which source is missing.
No leads in this range yet means there are no leads to show in the selected range. No leads match this search or filter means your current view has no matching rows. Neither message, on its own, confirms that your website connection is broken. If you expected a specific lead, send the team an example.

Web says Not connected yet

Your account does not currently have Web leads available in this view. Contact the team with your business name and website address so we can check the setup and access for your account. If Web shows an error while Voice still has leads, you can continue using Voice. Send the exact Web message to support.

Search leaves Web leads in the list

This is how the current search works: it searches Voice leads by caller number, receptionist or business name. With All selected, Web leads remain visible.
  • Select Voice to see just the matching call leads.
  • Select Web and adjust the date range to review website leads.
See Leads.

A Web lead will not open

Web rows show the lead’s details directly in the list. They do not open a call recording. A Voice row opens the call behind it, including the transcript and summary.

A call is missing from Leads

Leads shows calls identified as sales inquiries. For the full call history, open Voice, then Calls. Select All outcomes and search for part of the caller’s phone number. If the call is still missing, send support the number the caller dialed and the approximate date and time, including the time zone.

A recording or summary looks wrong

Open the call and check that its caller and time match the call you want. If audio does not play, check your device volume and reload the call page. For an inaccurate transcript, missing recording or unexpected outcome, send the call’s details and the relevant recording time to support. Include what you expected to happen.

A dashboard tab is locked or a number looks different

A dimmed tab with a padlock is not connected for your business. The team can help with connections. When comparing numbers, check the date range, the source and, for businesses with multiple Alli lines, the selected line. A call count and a lead count measure different things: not every caller is asking to buy. If the difference remains, send both page names, the date range and one example. See Your dashboard.
