After you sign in, your dashboard opens on Alli at work, your scorecard for the range you pick.
  • Calls handled. Connected, completed calls Alli answered for you. Select View call history to see them.
  • New opportunities. Voice inquiries: calls where the caller wanted to buy.
  • From your website. Web leads identified by AI Lead Detection, when your account has it.
  • On the phone. The combined length of those calls.
Switch between This month, Last month, 90 days and YTD at the top right. Open What counts under any number to see exactly what it includes. Every number links to the list behind it. You only see the parts your account includes, so your dashboard may show fewer of these than a colleague’s at another business.

Finding your way around

The menu on the left lists your parts of Alli, each with a short description. Open one to see its pages, then select All products at the top of the menu to go back. Billing sits at the bottom of the menu, with your plan and, once connected, your payment details and invoices. See Account and billing. Below it you will see your name, Client access and Sign out. On a phone or a narrow window, the menu is hidden. Select the menu button at the top left of the page to open it.

Dashboards

Dashboards brings your marketing numbers together. If you used our previous client dashboard, the charts have the same names you already know.
  • Tabs. The menu lists the tabs: Meta Ads, Facebook Organic, Instagram, Google Ads, Google Business, Website Analytics, YouTube, LinkedIn, AI Leads and AI Voice. Dashboards opens on the first one connected for your business.
  • Connected sources. A tab that is not connected for your business is dimmed with a padlock. Open it to see what it would show. The number next to Dashboard in the menu, such as 3/10, counts the tabs that are connected.
  • Date range. Pick This month, Last month, 90 days or YTD at the top of the page, or choose your own dates and select Apply. Dates you apply yourself stay the same as you move between tabs.
  • What is on a tab. Headline numbers across the top, each compared with the period before, then charts and breakdowns below.
To connect a source that is dimmed, contact us.
