Leads gathers your sales inquiries in one place. Open Leads from the menu. A lead comes from one of two places:
  • Voice. A call where the caller asked about buying from you.
  • Web. A visitor to your website identified by AI Lead Detection, if your account has it.

Showing one kind of lead

Use the buttons above the list: On some dashboards the Web button and label read AI Lead Detection instead. They mean the same thing.

Choosing dates

Leads opens on This month. Pick Last month, 90 days or YTD at the top of the page, or choose your own dates and select Apply. The count under the page title tells you how many leads are in the range.

What a lead shows

The list shows 25 leads to a page. A dash means that detail was not given or not found. Select a Voice lead to open the call behind it, with the recording, transcript and summary. See Voice call analytics.

Searching

The search box finds Voice leads by the caller’s phone number, or by the receptionist or business name. A search does not filter Web leads, so with All selected they stay in the list. Select Voice to see only the calls that match.

Long lists

With All selected, the list goes up to page 20. To page further back, select Voice or Web.

Make the next step clear

Use Following up on leads to review the context and assign work in the CRM or task list your team already uses. If a lead is missing, start with Troubleshooting. For a connection or export request, see Getting help.
