Every call Alli answers appears under Calls in your dashboard at dashboard.hirealli.com, newest first.

The call log

Each row shows the direction, who called, the line they called, the status, the outcome, the duration and the time. Search by caller, or filter by outcome:

Filter	What it means
Resolved	Alli handled the call herself
Transferred	Alli passed the caller to a person
Message taken	Alli took a message for you
Caller Hung Up	The caller left before the call finished
Failed	The call did not connect properly

A single call

Open a call to see:

Recording. Play the whole call.
Transcript. Every line from Alli and the caller.
Outcome. Status, outcome, who ended the call, and the line it came in on.
Summary. What the call was about, with any to-do items.
Caller. For a returning caller, their name, when they first called and what they called about last time.
Activity. Transfers, bookings and other actions Alli took.
