# Signing in

> How you and your teammates sign in to your Alli dashboard.

Your dashboard is at [dashboard.hirealli.com](https://dashboard.hirealli.com). Access is by invitation from the Alli team, and your email address is your account. There is no password to set or remember.

## Sign in with an emailed link

1. Go to [dashboard.hirealli.com](https://dashboard.hirealli.com).
2. Enter your email address and select **Email me a sign-in link**.
3. Open the email from Alli with the subject **Your Alli sign-in link** and select **Sign in**.
4. Select **Continue to Alli**.

The link works once and expires in 15 minutes. If it is not in your inbox after a minute, check your spam folder.

## Sign in with Google

If your email address is a Google account, select **Continue with Google** instead and pick that account.

Both ways open the same account, so you can use whichever is handy.

## If you cannot get in

| What you see | What to do |
| - | - |
| **That account does not have access to Alli.** or **This address no longer has access to Alli.** | Make sure you used the email address the Alli team invited. If it is right, [contact us](mailto:support@carroll.media). |
| **This link has expired or was already used.** | Select **Back to sign in** and ask for a new link. |
| A **Set up your receptionist** or **Nothing to set up yet** page instead of your dashboard | You are signed in, but nothing is connected to your account yet. Do not fill in the setup form. [Contact us](mailto:support@carroll.media) and we will connect your account. |
| No email arrives | Check spam, then ask for a new link. You can ask for up to three links every 15 minutes. |

## Signing out

Select **Sign out** next to your name at the bottom of the menu.

## Adding or removing a teammate

The Alli team manages who can sign in. Email [support@carroll.media](mailto:support@carroll.media) with the email address to add or remove.

When a teammate is given access to your calls, they get an email from Alli saying the call logs are ready, with an **Open Alli** button. They sign in the same way you do. A removed teammate loses access right away.
