# GoHighLevel

> Connect GoHighLevel so Alli books on your calendar and recognizes your contacts.

With GoHighLevel connected, Alli can book on your GoHighLevel calendar the same way she does on [Google Calendar](/integrations/google-calendar). She also recognizes callers who are already contacts in your account.

## What the connection does

* **Booking.** Alli checks availability and books on your GoHighLevel calendar during the call.
* **Contact lookup.** When a call comes in, Alli looks up the caller's number in your contacts. A contact is used only when its phone number matches the caller's.

## Connecting GoHighLevel

Your Alli team connects GoHighLevel to your receptionist. Your access token is stored encrypted, and only its last four characters are ever shown. Email [support@carroll.media](mailto:support@carroll.media) to get started.
