The reasoning behind each answer now runs on a faster tier, so replies reach your callers sooner * Added an after-name line: when a caller answers the greeting with just their name, Alli goes straight to your next question with no pause. Your Alli team sets it for each line * Fixed a caller who answered the greeting right away sometimes going unheard, so they had to repeat themselves * Fixed a call ending when the voice connection failed to open. Alli now retries automatically before the caller notices * Fixed first-time callers being greeted as returning callers when their caller ID was withheld, anonymous or shared * Fixed Alli's goodbye sometimes being cut off at the end of a call * Fixed Alli booking the same caller more than once in one call. The first booking stands, and Alli tells the caller they are already booked * Fixed a call summary, email or follow-up being lost if our system restarted right after a call.
